After placing an order in the online store, you will be automatically redirected to the Stripe payment acceptance service.
Dispatch
Taxes and duties levied by the customs office of the receiving country are not included in postage costs. For more information about your country's customs policies, contact your local customs office.

Delivery
We will send your order within two days after placing it.
Within Indonesia, delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.
After submitting your order, you will receive an individual tracking number.
Lavilune working days: Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Friday evening (GMT 8) will be processed early next week.

International delivery time: 4 to 10 business days.
Exchange and return

The product is subject to exchange if:
Return
Sealed in original packaging, all tags intact;
No damage, no signs of washing or wear;
Less than 10 business days have passed since the date of purchase;
We will reimburse the cost of goods that:
Have a manufacturing defect;
Do not correspond to the description;
Be sure to check your clothes at the point of delivery or upon delivery by courier!
Returns can be made within 10 business days from the date of purchase.
When exchanging or returning an item, the cost of return shipping, including the fee for replacement of the item, is paid by the buyer.
